Support Programme for Carers with Special Needs

Aim

Provide free and temporary day care service for the elderly who are frail or have special needs, so that their families and carers can take a break and relax

Service object

People who need to take care of the frail elders, such as

• having impaired mobility
• being in ill-health
• being suspected or diagnosed with cognitive impairment

How to apply

Applicants should fill in the ‘Application form of the carer membership’ and submit it by visiting our centre in person. Our social workers responsible for the programme will evaluate the application and arrange suitable services.
