Staff introduction

Centre Manager (CM)

Be responsible for in charge of the planning and managing the centre operation and development. Lead and monitor the staff team. And provide leadership for case management.

Admin Officer (AO)

Be responsible for the overall administrative work and in case of performing external liaison. Participate in dealing with the funding application, staff training, project works and developing IT technology as required.

Assistant Social Work Officer (ASWO)

Undertake professional development in organize, coordinate and expand the dementia-related services. And provide training activities, concern groups and public education campaigns in prevention.

Social Worker (SW1)

Act as a case worker to provide counseling in a professional manner which includes applying for long-term care plan, and mainly responsible for organizing the volunteer training and development.

Social Worker (SW2)

Be responsible for developing and implementing services for the caregiver and the elderly such as providing professional groups and emotional support service for them. And the related support resource corner is established for caregiver.

Social Worker (SW3)

Be responsible for developing and implementing outreaching services for the hidden or vulnerable elders. And actively handle with those frail cases by crisis intervention or make appropriate referrals.

Social Worker (SW5)

Be responsible for organizing and implementing outreaching programs/ services particular for needy carer and their elderly persons. And keep rapport with local partnership to provide case counseling and follow-up works in need.

Outreach Worker (OW)

To coordinate and undertake elderly outreach visits and case counseling. And provide spiritual support care service for those disadvantaged ones.

Personal Care Worker (PCW)

Be responsible for providing personal support care, such as occasional elderly sitting service, escort service and training activities etc. for the needy carer and their elderly persons.

Program Worker (PW1)

Conduct plan and implement social and recreational activities and groups. Assist the voluntary development work with liaison and in need of case referral.

Program Worker (PW2)

Conduct plan and implement social and recreational activities and groups. And provide programs for promoting health education with liaison and in need of case referral.

Admin Assistant (AA)

Be responsible for comprehensive administrative work of centre operation such as manage the finance account, membership data records, meeting minutes and handling inquiries. And assist the centre in providing different services.

Workman (WM)

Be responsible for the cleaning of centre, fixed up works and field duty. And assist the centre in providing different services.
